Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the item didn't work for your space.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack the items in their original protective tubes or boxes to ensure the prints do not get creased during transit.
Ship the Item
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our studio receives and inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
